This recently completed Bulcock Beach Unit Renovation project involved the full renovation of a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, transforming the existing space into a refined and contemporary coastal home.

Working closely alongside an interior designer, Reynolds Built brought the designer and client’s vision to life through the complete construction and renovation of the unit, including the kitchen, two bathrooms, custom cabinetry, flooring, lighting, plumbing, electrical and internal finishes.

A strong focus was placed on quality finishes, considered detailing and ensuring the designer and client’s vision was carried consistently throughout the home. The new kitchen features custom cabinetry, a curved tiled island and stone benchtops, while both bathrooms incorporate custom vanities, feature lighting, frameless shower screens and carefully selected fixtures.

Our team also managed the additional requirements of renovating within an established unit complex, including trade coordination, deliveries, access and building requirements.

The completed renovation brings together warm timber tones, soft neutral finishes and custom detailing to create a cohesive home from the kitchen through to both bathrooms.
