Pelican Waters Bathroom & Ensuite Renovation Project Overview

This Pelican Waters renovation involved the complete transformation of two bathrooms — the main bathroom and the ensuite. The clients were looking to replace dated finishes with a more refined, contemporary design while creating spaces that felt larger, brighter and more functional for everyday living.

The finished result combines soft neutral tones, custom cabinetry, feature lighting and premium fixtures to create two sophisticated bathrooms that feel both luxurious and practical.

 The Challenge

While both bathrooms offered a good footprint, the existing layouts felt enclosed and lacked the sense of openness the clients were hoping to achieve.

Our focus was on maximising the feeling of space through thoughtful design choices, including floating vanities, frameless glass shower screens, large-format tiles and carefully integrated lighting. By selecting a cohesive palette of finishes and minimising visual clutter, we were able to create bathrooms that feel calm, spacious and inviting.
