This Pelican Waters renovation involved the complete transformation of two bathrooms — the main bathroom and the ensuite. The Challenge
While both bathrooms offered a good footprint, the existing layouts felt enclosed and lacked the sense of openness the clients were hoping to achieve.
Our focus was on maximising the feeling of space through thoughtful design choices, including floating vanities, frameless glass shower screens, large-format tiles and carefully integrated lighting.
By selecting a cohesive palette of finishes and minimising visual clutter, we were able to create bathrooms that feel calm, spacious and inviting. This approach allowed us to meet the brief while working within the existing layout and footprint.

The renovation included the complete demolition and rebuild of both the main bathroom and ensuite. Combining natural timber textures, soft stone-look tiles and warm feature lighting to create a design that feels both timeless and luxurious.
